Remote Clinical Negligence Solicitor

I’m currently working with a leading claimant law firm seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (up to 5 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality clinical negligence work within a supportive and collaborative environment, with fully remote or hybrid working available.

The Role

• Manage your own clinical negligence caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex matters

• Assist with case strategy, drafting, and progression from instruction through to settlement or trial

• Work closely with clients, counsel, and medical experts

• Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and progress litigation where required

• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with up to 5 years' PQE

• Experience handling clinical negligence matters

• Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills

• Excellent client care and attention to detail

• Confident working independently and as part of a team
